Shannon Flowers joined Fox Chapel Publishing in 1999 as a customer service representative. During her time with the company, Shannon has held several positions and is now the editorial manager for Woodcarving Illustrated and Scroll Saw Woodworking & Crafts. Energized by the creative talent she works with on a daily basis, Shannon still has a strong customer service ethic and welcomes feedback and suggestions.
