Learn to Turn - Fox Chapel Publishing
 East Petersburg, PA. A recently published book, written by Barry Gross of Bensalem, PA is just in time for hopeful woodturners to try their hand at successfully crafting a woodturned holiday gift. In Learn to Turn, Barry Gross offers his more than 30 years of woodturning experience to others. He remembers the challenges of beginning – the nervous feeling when turning the first piece of wood on a lathe, the struggle to grind an edge on a tool or to get a good finish on a bowl. Barry identifies common problems and offers tips to master these challenges. Learn to Turn is available from major booksellers, specialty stores and online book sellers.
Barry Gross’ art has been commissioned by DuPont Corporation and can also be seen in various art galleries including Island Earth Gallery, Langeman Galleries and Wylands Sea Life Gallery in New York.
