How do I return an item?

Returns Policy

Digital Downloads are available for download immediately following the completion of payment processing by our customer service team.  This usually happens within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Due to the nature of digital products, there are NO RETURNS on these items. This includes:

  • Downloadable pattern packages
  • Pattern CD collections (once opened)
  • Digital books on CD (once opened)
  • eProjects
  • Other CD / DVD purchases (once opened)

 

If you need to return a physical item (book, magazine, etc.), simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. 

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

You have 30 days from receipt to return your "like new" merchandise unless an offer or promotion indicates returns are not accepted.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 2 business days. Delivery is based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Most standard shipping orders arrive in 5-7 days. However, factors such as inclement weather, postal carrier delays, and holidays can impact delivery and cause delays.

Expedited delivery is based on the carrier option selected at checkout an their published delivery dates.

What are your Standard Shipping Charges?

Standard Postage for shipments in the United States:
$3.99 for one product and $1.00 for each additional product.

Free shipping is only valid for customers in the US and applies to ground shipping only.

Do you offer Expedited Shipping?

Yes. We offer a variety of expedited shipping carriers. Carriers, rates, and delivery times are provided during the checkout process.

Do you Offer International Shipping?

Yes. Rates vary by country and are subject to custom charges and tariffs. Rates for your specific location are available during the checkout process, prior to completing your purchase.

Do you Offer USPS International Shipping?

USPS International Shipping may be available depending on the country. Please contact customerservice@foxchapelpublishing.com for to see if your international order qualifies for USPS International Shipping.

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

Free shipping is automatically applied to any order of $35 or more at checkout for order shipped in the United States. No promotional code required.

Magazine subscriptions are excluded from Free Shipping offer, as well as individual and bundled archival back issues.

Choosing any shipping option other than Free Shipping will result in normal shipping and handling charges. Offer not valid on previously purchased items.
